Introducing Kelly Powell, Human Resources Director at Blue Line Security Solutions.

With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and four years in law enforcement, Kelly plays a pivotal role in shaping the success of our team at Blue Line Security Solutions. Her extensive background in both HR and law enforcement allows her to bring invaluable insights and leadership to our organization.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice, graduating with highest honors from the University of Indianapolis. She further advanced her education by earning a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources from Purdue University Global, followed by a Ph.D. in Business Psychology. This strong academic foundation, combined with her practical experience, enables her to approach People Operations with a deep understanding of both the field and the individuals she serves.

As a former Deputy Sheriff, Kelly offers a unique perspective that enriches our operations. Her leadership style is characterized by care, dedication, and a commitment to fostering a positive, productive work environment.
