Justin Hernandez brings a well-rounded background in security operations and human resources to his role as HR Coordinator at Blue Line Security Solutions. He began his career in the security field in 2018, developing a strong foundation in site safety, client service, and on-site operations.

Justin joined Blue Line in August 2021 as an unarmed security officer and quickly advanced within the organization. Within months, he was selected for a high-density armed post, where he demonstrated the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

While continuing to grow in the field, Justin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Human Resources from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2023. His academic background, combined with hands-on leadership experience as a site supervisor, positioned him to contribute beyond field operations and into organizational development.
