With a distinguished background in law enforcement and over 35 years dedicated to specialized security operations and training services domestically and internationally, Fred brings an unrivaled depth of expertise to our team.

Before joining Blue Line, Fred had impactful stints at Allied Universal and Andrews International, where he honed his skills and further expanded his knowledge in the field of security. His experiences at these renowned security firms have been instrumental in shaping his strategic and operational insight.

In his current role, Fred leads the Special Projects Group, focusing on operations in challenging environments both at home and abroad. He has a proven track record in managing threats of violence and potentially dangerous situations across a wide range of industries.
